Ayurveda science strongly believe to preserve good status of body Health. Ayurveda’s philosophy is based on this thing only. Ayurveda science strongly belive that, Food is important thing to maintain Health.Whatever we consume according to that our body will develops.

Regular use of whole food supplements/fresh fruits/vegetables can ensure optimal health, I also believe that your primary source of natural vitamins, minerals  should be fresh, whole foods (locally grown, whenever possible).

Ayurveda mentioned one good line,saying what one should do for good HEALTH —>

सर्वदा सर्व रस अभ्यास: आरोग्य कारणानां II

To stay Healthy by physically n mentally one should eat all types of Ras(i.e. 6Tastes-spicy,sweet,sour,salty,bitter n pungent) in his/her routine food. Like wise all color of food is also essential in diet. Each color of food resembles its unique taste and health benefits.

 Different color and taste of  fruits and vegetables contain different minerals, nutrients and antioxidants and therefore it is recommended that we consume a wide variety of fruit and vegetables in order to receive the benefits from the various types.

for example- Red, orange and yellow coloured fruits and vegetables such as melon, tomatoes, carrots and apricots contain lots of vitamins A, C and E, which all help to fight certain types of cancer and act by neutralizing free radicals in the body.

Once you start to eat healthily and if you couple this with a number of exercise sessions throughout the week, you will soon start to see and feel the benefits. You will lose weight, have more energy, feel happier, look better and generally be healthier. It might seem traumatic initially, but once you get into a routine, it’ll become second nature and you won’t know why you kicked up such a fuss in the first place.
